November 2nd....

Election day!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you vote? I DID!!! I think that voting is vital to being an American. If you dont vote you might as well as wave good bye to your country. The people we vote into office make decisions about our lives. Taxes, gun control, marriage, schooling, EVERYTHING we do and say seems to be controlled by the government. We should be paranoid about who we vote for and YES we do need to vote: it is our right and duty.
Something that I read this morning that stuck with me is this section from psalms41:1-3:
^"1 Blessed are those who have regard for the weak;
the LORD delivers them in times of trouble.
² The LORD protects and preserves them—
they are counted among the blessed in the land—
he does not give them over to the desire of their foes.
³ The LORD sustains them on their sickbed
and restores them from their bed of illness. "
Our country is weak right now and we need to protect her by putting good people in power. BUT God will protect the weak and lift them up. Ok so that is like just a bunch of rambling hopefully someone understands it?:-)
